SMS Communications

Swift Clean may send text messages related to your bookings and service experience. These messages may include confirmations, reminders, arrival updates, schedule changes, and follow-up communications connected to the service you requested.

Opt-In & Consent

By providing your mobile number during booking or account setup, you consent to receive service-related SMS communications from Swift Clean. Consent is not a condition of purchase for general marketing and applies only to the communications necessary to support your service experience.

Frequency

Customers can expect approximately 4 to 6 messages per booking, including confirmation, reminder, arrival notice, and follow-up communication when applicable. Message frequency may vary based on the number of services scheduled and any support interactions.

Opt-Out

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any text message from Swift Clean. After opting out, you may still receive non-SMS communications needed to complete or manage your booking through other approved channels.

Charges

Message and data rates may apply based on your wireless carrier plan. Swift Clean does not charge customers for receiving service-related SMS messages.
